Assigning Promotions to Customers

Once the promotion is created and activated (locked to further changes), it can be assigned to customers.

Do this by navigating to the intended customer view and select Add Promotion.

Next, configure the terms of the promotion. This includes, selecting whether it will be a pricing plan level promotion or a product item level promotion, selecting the promotion from the dropdown list of activated (applicable) promotions, and defining the schedule (the date range where the promotion will be applied).

Mid-cycle promotions

To add a mid-cycle promotion, select Custom as the start date and end dates to customize the time range where the promotion will be applied.
