Deletes an existing notification alert and stops all monitoring for that configuration.
Use this endpoint to permanently remove notifications that are no longer needed or
to clean up test configurations.
Once deleted, the notification will immediately stop monitoring events and no further
alerts will be sent. This operation cannot be undone - you must recreate the
notification if needed again.
Important Note: Historical alert events logged in the <a>Account Event API</a>
will remain available even after notification deletion.
