Removes a previously applied promotion from a specific customer's pricing plan.
This stops the promotion from affecting the customer's future billing. Historical billing
with promotional discounts remains unchanged.
Use RelationId for direct identification, or combine Id + CustomerId to specify the
customer promotion application to remove.

X-API-KEY

Base64-encoded customer promotion relation data containing all necessary identifiers. Takes precedence over individual parameters when provided.

RelationId

The unique identifier of the customer whose promotion application should be removed. Required when RelationId is not provided.

CustomerId

The unique identifier of the specific customer promotion application to remove. Required when RelationId is not provided.
