Updates an existing webhook subscription with new configuration settings.
Use this endpoint to modify webhook endpoint URLs, change authentication settings,
enable or disable subscriptions, or update delivery preferences.
You can update webhook properties including:

<li>Enabled/disabled status for event delivery</li>
<li>Retry configuration and timeout settings</li>
<li>Security headers and verification settings</li>
</ul>
The webhook will immediately apply the new configuration and continue receiving
events with the updated settings.
Important Note: Only one subscription per topic is allowed. Partial updates
are supported - only provide the fields you want to change in the request body.
